Each merchant decides and defines how many hearts they want to convert into a voucher, offer, or discount, and makes this information available in the app. This offer is dynamic and can be changed according to the merchant's wishes.
The consumer must be registered in the app, make a purchase at participating retailers in the Viana Pocket network, and request an invoice that must always include their tax identification number (NIF). In the app, they scan the invoice, and the value will automatically be converted into hearts, with the value rounded to the lowest possible level.
For every 1 euro spent by the consumer on this purchase, 1 heart will be awarded.
By accumulating hearts, the consumer can later exchange them for vouchers, offers, or discounts available in the "Advantages" tab.
Registration is done by downloading the Viana Pocket application, available for free in the Android and iOS app stores.
The consumer must fill in the requested information and complete the registration.
